His achievements include receiving the “Partnership Excellence” award from a renowned fast- food chain and securing an Energy Performance Contract for Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), consistently ranked among Asia's top 10 airports over a five-year period.

Peter Chan, LEGAL ADVISOR

Peter Chan boasts 37 years of experience as an Advocate and Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya and High Court of Malaysia, with a specialization in commercial and corporate law. His extensive industry background spans commercial and corporate law, listing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), hotel management, retail, property, and construction. As an independent non-executive director, Mr. Chan has served on the boards of public listed companies and was the last sitting director of Metroplex Bhd before its delisting. His expertise encompasses various aspects of corporate finance, including prospective listing exercises, delisting, MBOs, and corporate loans. Additionally, Mr. Chan has successfully managed key commercial sectors, serving as a director for hotels and colleges within the Legend group, overseeing esteemed establishments such as the Legend Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Legend Resort Cherating, Lexis Port Dickson, and the Legend College of Culinary Art and Hotel Management.
