Ingots is currently undergoing critical system maintenance to address a technical inconsistency that affected a limited number of user accounts. Our technical team has identified the cause and is actively executing a resolution plan to ensure platform integrity and account accuracy. 

Maintenance Window:

  • Scheduled Downtime: 3:45 PM – approximately 4:45 PM (GMT+8), 22 April 2025
  • Impact: Temporary suspension of all platform functions during this time

Post-Maintenance Status:

  • All unaffected accounts: Full functionality has resumed
  • Impacted accounts: Users will be contacted directly with details and next steps

Account Adjustment Overview: 

During our internal audit, we identified an issue in the system’s yield distribution logic that resulted in some users receiving more than their original principal return, in addition to their valid yield. To uphold accurate and fair account balances, transaction reconciliations will be conducted. This will involve the reversal of excess principal amounts, while users will retain 100% of their legitimate earnings, specifically their APR (Annual Percentage Returns). This is a standard financial correction process aligned with industry practices and is being managed with transparency and care. Affected users will be notified individually with a clear breakdown of any adjustments.

Withdrawal Access: 

  • Impacted accounts: Temporarily paused until reconciliation is complete
  • All other users: Uninterrupted access to platform services 

Data Integrity & Fund Security:
We want to assure all users that:

  • Account and fund integrity remains intact
  • No legitimate earnings, including APR, will be affected
  • All reconciliations are being handled with accuracy and responsibility
